We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join our Operations team based on site in our Perth CBD office for a fixed term contract till December 2024. Reporting to the Operations Manager Pilbara, you will provide a range of administrative services to support the Operations Team and other staff associated with the operational readiness and integration of the Port Hedland Expansion project, which includes a 45MW Solar Farm and a 35MW Battery Storage System. Key Responsibilities Perform various activities including the creation and maintenance of various spread sheets entries, such as task descriptions, under the direction of the project manager. Update on progress and escalation process. Coordinate process of contract documents including contract setup forms, executive summaries, Task Releases, close outs, vendor mailing, and file maintenance. Provide file maintenance, organisation of document centre, drawings, library, scanning of records, ordering of supplies, and preparation of correspondence to ensure corporate standards are followed. Coordinate associate events activities as required. Prioritise and compose replies to a variety of correspondence both internal and external, and handles confidential and proprietary correspondence, files, and material. Prepare and circulate meeting agendas/papers and deliver accurate meeting minutes within timeframes Organise meetings, as required, internally and externally About You Post-secondary education and secretarial qualifications or a diploma in office administration is desirable High degree of computer literacy and skills in using the Microsoft Office suite of products Strong problem-solving skills to enable resolution of administrative issues Strong organisational and time management expertise Solid negotiating and conflict resolution skills and the ability to build and influence external and internal relationships Sound like your kind of career?
