About the homeBupa Ashfield is a warm and inviting home, with a great staff culture, we encouraging learning and provide support to all our employees, to help them provide the best care for our residents.To learn more about our care home please visit: Bupa Ashfield | Ashfield Nursing Home (bupaagedcare.com.au)About the RoleAs Customer Service Consultant, you will contribute to a customer-centric administrative experience within the Care Home.Facilitating a great customer and employee experience within the Care Home, delivering excellence in all aspects of the internal and external customer journey and actively performing the duties across all three core focus areas as outlined below to ensure consistent provision of customer service:Resident PlacementProviding prospective residents and loved ones with a warm, welcoming, and informative introduction to the Care Home by coordinating the admissions, welcome and settling in process, ensuring the best possible customer experienceEmployee ServiceSupport the Care home employee experience through rostering, recruitment activities, onboarding and induction of new starters, and managing employee leave.ConciergeDemonstration of a customer centric approach within the reception area and during all phone, email and in person interactions with Residents, employees, visitors, and suppliers. Skills and ExperienceCertificate IV in Business Administration is desirable Previous experience in rostering and the use of Kronos or payroll systems is desirableWell-developed administrative skills.Possesses good verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus.Possesses comprehensive computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel) or be required to use a computer on a regular basis.How to ApplyClick Apply to be taken to our online application process.
