The Exciting Opportunity As part of the Corporate Administration Team, you will assist with the financial aspects of the Business including preparation and provision of accurate financial data, Customer Account implementation, maintenance and review processes, analysis and reconciliations. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager K&S Freighters, the key functions of this role include: Provision of Customer Rate Escalation models to Stakeholders. Implementation of escalated Customer rates to Transport Management System. Develop & maintain KPI reporting for key Customer base. Analysing trends, financial performance and Customer margin reporting across Business units. Participating in system and process initiatives. Assist with Budget preparation Transport Management System data maintenance and input. Facilitate new Customer process relating to rate implementation, fuel surcharges, invoicing, RCTI processes (if applicable), payment reconciliation (where required) and internal allowance provisions. Identify improvement opportunities in data / administration processes with regard to workflow, accuracy in data and time management. About You Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential. Proven experience in administrative roles within the Transport & Logistics industry or a related field (desirable). Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders and team members Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
