St Monica&39;s College is a Catholic co-educational College (Years 7 - 12) serving the northern suburbs of Melbourne and is governed under the authority of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Limited (MACS). Our College is located on two metropolitan campuses in Epping and a rural campus, Ostia, in Strath Creek for spiritual retreat. Epping campuses are walking distance from each other and the Epping train station. The College has recently acquired an additional facility called the MacKillop Centre. A vacancy exists for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Deputy Principal. This position is full time and commences Monday, 15 April 2024. Hours of work are 8.00 am to 4.36 pm with one hour for lunch. Core duties will include: Managing the diary and scheduling appointments Handling requests and queries promptly Secretarial and Administrative support Attend meetings to take, transcribe and circulate minutes of meeting. The successful candidate will have experience in office administration and possess the following skills and qualities: Excellent people skills High attention to detail Highly organised with excellent time management Excellent communication skills Skills in Word, Excel and Outlook are essential Prompt and Reliable Discretion and Confidentiality Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
