About the Opportunity This role is a 12 month contract based opportunity with a high chance of renewal. About the Team The Co-Design and Engagement Branch supports all Agency policies, processes or initiatives that require a co-design approach and/or interface with community, mainstream and sector stakeholders. The branch provides advice and operational support when engaging with sector stakeholders and the disability community. It is responsible for managing events and activities logistics for all Agency engagement. Responsibilities human Some of the requirements of the role include (but are not limited to): Providing specialist advice and support to the Director to deliver co-design activities. Designing, implementing, and evaluating targeted and proactive co-design strategies. Supporting the delivery of co-design activities including the design, planning, delivery, outcomes tracking and evaluation of each activity. Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to improve the way we capture and analyse co-design data and insights to inform decision-making. Developing plans and co-design strategies that require a detailed analysis of diverse research, data and views. Preparing reports, briefing papers, Ministerial correspondence, and discussion papers for review by Senior Executives.
