Working in the Security Transport and Operations Centre, you are the first point of call for all things within the business. You would assess the call and help direct it to the right place. Key areas include: Monitor and respond to the armoured truck, branch, and duress alarms. Respond to radio calls and inbound calls queue. Accurately communicate sensitive information to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality of program and tech information. Regularly report to Supervisors regarding monitoring/operations. Comply with internal and external standards. Are you the one?
