For more information, visit: https://danpal.com.au/ The Role: Danpal is seeking a self-driven all-rounder to join their growing team and provide exceptional customer service and accurate quotations to new and existing clients. You will be part of a team that is collaborative, supportive, and rewarding while working in a fast-paced environment. Full time office-based role. Your responsibilities will include: Provide quotations accurately and in a timely manner. Identify builders and contractors tendering for work and maintain a comprehensive list of contacts (Builders, Contractors) within Salesforce (Company CRM). Developing relationships and maintaining regular contact with current and past clients to help secure repeat and referral business. Provide internal sales/ technical support and liaise with customers within the office environment. Expand technical knowledge through in-house and external training courses, industry contacts, and company and competitor product development. Provision of reports. Maintain regular contact with the sales office, Sales Manager, General Manager and State Managers. Actively log all internal and external communications (Email, person and phone calls) within Salesforce to collate project information. About You: Must have 1 years’ experience in or alongside estimating and quoting within the architectural, commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Civil or Residential markets. Have some exposure to AutoCAD is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Initiative and the ability to problem solve. The ability to work both autonomously and within a tight-knit team Proficient in Microsoft office-based programs. Exceptional time management skills.
