The Role The eLearning Designer is responsible for creating engaging online courses for Australian athletes, coaches, parents and support personnel to help promote sport integrity, and prevent issues like doping, match-fixing, bullying and harassment in sport. Working as part of a creative and motivated team, the eLearning Designer is responsible for developing a range of online resources including eLearning courses, animations, online course content, and LMS system administration. The eLearning Designer will be required to work collaboratively with Sport Integrity experts across the organisation to develop targeted education resources, often translating complex rules and sport policy into plain English for athletes and support personnel. The key duties of the position include Key duties and accountabilities The duties of the eLearning Designer include, but are not limited to: Design and develop online courses and relevant content. Development of animations for online education courses. End to end project management of eLearning projects and maintenance of the review and evaluation schedule of the Sport Integrity Australia online course suite. System administration for Sport Integrity Australia's Learning Management System User enquires and problem resolution via the inbox or phone. Maintain via our vendor partners the various education technologies - VR and apps. Ensure that Sport Integrity Australia online courses meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. The key accountabilities of the Digital Content Creator include, but are not limited to: End to end development of eLearning courses and animations. Contribute to the timely delivery of projects and programs. Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times. Ensure the APS Values and Code of Conduct is adhered to at all times. Cooperate with the employer and comply with all relevant legislation and Sport Integrity Australia's health and safety policies, procedures and instructions and Sport Integrity Australia's ICT and Information Governance Framework. Work and act safely and take all reasonable care to protect personal health and safety and the health and safety of others.
