The Opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Receiving Coordinator / Team Leader to join us at our Brisbane Distribution Centre in Murarrie. This is a full time position and will report to the Inbound Manager. Standard hours will be 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday with occasional overtime available. Reporting to the Inbound Manager, you will assist with the day to day running of the warehouse, while leading a small team of 3-4 Storepeople. Your primary responsibilities will include: Leading a Receiving team at the Distribution Centre with 3-4 employees Performing administrative tasks and processing warehouse documentation and transactions. Liaising with internal and external customers, suppliers and sales functions. Conducting team meetings to outline performance issues, expectations and communicate other site information. Participating and helping in the coordination of stocktake, cycle counting, replenishment, and storage activities. Demonstrating safe work practices and maintaining a safe working environment. About You: Along with experience in a similar warehouse-based role, you’ll have the following skills and experience: A valid Forklift Licence with relevant experience (mandatory) Experience as a team leader or higher The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and computer literacy skills, including exposure to WMS and RF scanning Stock control and inventory knowledge A strong focus on workplace safety.
