The responsibilities will include but are not limited to: · Overseeing client contracts and disclosure documents. · Liaising with executives and broader business to deliver on strategic initiatives and provide legal support. · Responsible for managing any disputes or litigation matters. · Managing external legal services and counsel. · Providing guidance on governance, compliance and risk management for the broader business · Ad-hoc duties as required.
