We have a fantastic opportunity in our Sunshine office for a motivated Trainee Junior Legal Assistant to join our National Work & Road team. This role will have you supporting a Lawyer on Workers Compensation matters. This is a full time role and a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in legal support We are open to hybrid work arrangement on completion of sufficient training. This role will have you responsible for providing one on one administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Your daily duties will include: Providing a great level of care and support to our clients in a professional manner Supporting the lawyer and team with general file management and administration Coordinating appointments for our lawyers and medico-legal appointments for our clients Communicating with clients, insurers and other professionals both in writing and verbally Compiling court documents What will you bring? The following experience and skills will ensure your success in this position: Exceptional communication and customer service skills A willingness to learn Excellent attention to detail Demonstrated organisation skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment Available to work 38 hours per week, between the hours of 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday What next?
