The Opportunity Toll People are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in Wetherill Park. This role is an opportunity to work for a leader in their industry and plays a critical part in the supply chain process. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for teams of between 12 and 25 depending on the requirements of the business. Along with 2-3 years of previous staff supervision experience, you will need to be experienced with working in warehouse environments that carry an average of 20k active SKUs. Very much a hands-on role - this is a fast paced environment and requires someone who is flexible with the ability to multitask, and who is happy to be out on the floor helping whenever required. Key Responsibilities Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipping of the diverse portfolio of products Coordination of multiple work-streams throughout the day Ensuring KPIs are delivered Oversee the planning and release of dispatch work ensuring accuracy Actively review completed work profiles and trends to assist in forward labour planning along with assisting the Warehouse Manager with proactive review and management of P&L Staff supervision, including managing staff issues in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager Skills & Experience Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment Experience in 3PL warehousing Proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment with over 10k SKU's. Experience in automated / advanced warehousing practices Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Detail driven with strength in numeracy, time management and problem solving skills Ability to coordinate multiple work-streams LF licence preferred however not essential Must be tech savvy including advanced skills and experience in WMS - Manhattan Scope (preferred) with the ability to extract and interpret data Benefits Temp to perm opportunity Full time hours Monday to Friday On site secure parking Phone and laptop provided Employee Access Program (EAP) An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.
