Our products are now in 100 countries around the world We have a brilliant opportunity to welcome an Administration Assistant to join our small team at our Brendale Distribution Centre. This position would suit someone who loves a challenge and has excellent problem-solving skills. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills, develop your knowledge and gain exposure to many areas within ARB. Reporting to the QLD State Stock Controller, the Administration Assistant's main responsibilities will include: Raising transfer requisitions on behalf of ARB stores to help fulfil customer orders; Assisting warehouse teams with invoicing and other administration duties; Managing internal and external stock transfers; Receipting of invoices and managing stock discrepancies from suppliers and ARB stores; and, Answering customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail. About you: Previous administration experience preferred but not essential; Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook); Excellent time management and problem-solving skills; Proficient verbal and written communication skills; A high attention to detail with an emphasis on numerical accuracy; A willingness to learn, improve and adapt to new circumstances; Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking, with a stable working history; Must own reliable transport to get to and from work.
