Holiday Ownership Expertise: Previous timeshare or holiday ownership experience is essential for success in this role. Closing Powerhouse: Proven track record of closing sales and mastering negotiation techniques. Coaching Excellence: Experience in training, motivating, and inspiring individuals to achieve and exceed KPIs. Organizational Skills: Strong time management and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Adaptability: Dynamic and flexible approach to operations, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Tech Savvy: Proficient in comprehensive reporting, computer skills, and administrative tasks.
