ABOUT THE ROLE: Global Disability offers work to experienced Residential Care Officers offering work to suit your individual lifestyle and commitment. We have a wide range of shift work to different areas of Sydney. We require staff with minimum of 3 years experience caring for clients with Disabilities and hold a relevant tertiary qualification. Ideally, you will have support work experience. You must also be available to take a variety of shifts including nights and weekends. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Previous experience in behaviour support • Current first aid certificate • Must have a current Working with Children Check and National Police Check • Must have an NDIS Worker Screening Check • Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate with 3 doses • Capacity to identify and manage risks to ensure safety for all. • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and good command of the English language
