This includes personal care, manual handling, medication administration, managing challenging behaviours, community participation, meal preparation, and domestic assistance. A wheelchair accessible van is situated at the home and candidates will need to be willing to be trained in driving the van. About You Minimum 12 months experience supporting high complex physical disabilities. Experience working in Supported Independent Living accommodation. Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Disability, Aged Care, Nursing etc. Knowledge of Behaviour support plans and Restrictive Practices. Manual Handling Certificate Medication Administration Certificate Current First Aid & CPR Certificate NSW Driver’s License & own car with comprehensive insurance NDIS Worker Screening Check Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support If you meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
