This leading University is currently seeking a Senior Product Designer for a large Salesforce Implementation. You will be a part of the Digital Products Portfolio and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of product and service experiences for staff and students. Your brand-new role will see you involved across the design process from research and ideation to prototyping and testing, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality experiences. Key activities Lead and manage product design activities within the project, supporting teams from conception to delivery, ensuring that design objectives are met on time and within scope Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and operational team members, to align on project goals and priorities Conduct and oversee user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, and usability studies, to gain valuable insights into user needs Create and review concepts and prototypes using industry-standard design tools to visualise and communicate design concepts Plan and execute user testing sessions to validate design decisions, iterate on designs, and ensure user satisfaction Advocate for Human-Centred Design and Design Thinking approaches Skills and experience Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering full lifecycle design research, product design, UX or UI projects in complex environments Experience with the Salesforce platform Deep understanding of Human-Centred Design and Design Thinking methodologies and tools Knowledge and practical experience with user research methodologies and usability testing High level interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships Exposure to Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Experience Cloud and OmniStudio technologies highly regarded Apply now to secure an interview or contact Dylan Tasker on 9236 7753 for a confidential discussion.
