The Opportunity Due to the continued success and growth of this practice, an exciting opportunity now exists for a talented Senior Associate to join this friendly, hardworking and tight knit team. This is a back-end construction role. As such, our client is looking for Senior Associate candidates with approximately 4-7 years' PAE in litigation and dispute resolution. You may already be practising in construction litigation, or alternatively, you could be a commercial litigator looking to move into construction litigation. In this role, you can expect to work closely with high quality clients on all aspects of construction disputes, including litigation, domestic and international arbitrations, dispute resolution processes and adjudications.
