We are currently looking for an experience Sales Manager to join the team and assist in the management of the Sales team within a retail environment. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customer, and leading a team of sales professionals to exceed targets. Reporting to the General Manager sales, this role will also be responsible for motivating the team to ensure that Subaru is the most trusted automotive retailer in Australia and that the site in which the successful candidate is responsible, meets targets set regarding volume, GPU and NPS and contributes to the ongoing profit for long term business success. Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Experience in a similar role Be responsible for the development and coaching of the team Be responsible for the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new team members Ensure staff are completing required training programs Build a positive workplace culture Ensuring rostering/staff ratios support operational requirement Ensure all customer complaints are effectively managed with care and consideration Maintain strong product knowledge Ensure well presented floor and display stock Implement current marketing campaigns Why Join Us?
