You'll optimize practices, collaborate with departments to ensure smooth day to day operations, and resolve any issues in a timely manner and address issues promptly. Required to spend a great amount of time in the office making sure training modules are up to date among other administration stuff. To succeed in this role, you need:Leadership and Industry Knowledge.Ability to lead, develop teams, and foster a productive environment.Effective resource management to meet workload within cost targets.Skill in reengineering work processes to reduce costs while maintaining quality.Ensuring team compliance with procedures.Understanding of Supply Chain as a service provider to internal and external customers.Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills, given the office-intensive nature of the role.Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 6:00am to 2:30pm (entitled to overtime)Why Work with us?
