We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Data Engineering Compensation: $175,000-$235,000 including superannuation, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits. We're currently looking for a senior engineer to join our Identity team, who are on the cutting edge of software engineering and mathematics, building out some of the most unique and scaleable systems utilising graph theory currently being built. For this role we're looking for someone with strong back end engineering experience, specifically with large scale data and complex systems. This team thrives in turning ambiguity into clarity, being able to connect the dots of over 2 billion edges into usable, highly relevant data that feeds directly into our market-leading machine learning systems. About the Role: Build and scale complex software systems built on machine learning, graph theory and large scale data Solve technical problems of the highest scope, complexity, and ambiguity as an individual contributor Proactively identify and propose improvements to the current system architecture that emphasises performance, reliability and scalability Act as both an engineer and system architect, as this team is constantly researching and developing new theories and ways of working Work directly with ML teams to productionise and utilise your work in real time.
