As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our engineering efforts, shaping the way we build and support our technology. Your role is multifaceted, blending technical expertise with strategic leadership. You will be at the forefront of orchestrating the development and delivery of cutting-edge software solutions, guiding your team through the complexities of modern software development. What is the role? Cultivate a high-performing engineering team by mentoring, coaching, and developing engineers. Your leadership will empower team members to excel in their roles and careers. Evaluate and refine engineering processes. Implement agile methodologies and streamline workflows to boost productivity and efficiency across the team. Develop an innovative engineering culture with an emphasis on technical excellence. Advocate, contribute and drive our engineering practices across teams. Foster a DevSecOps mindset, ensuring continuous delivery and deployment. Drive enhancements in our processes and practices for greater team efficiency and effectiveness. Serve as a domain expert, aligning the team’s strategies and roadmaps with broader technical goals. Ensure our software consistently exceeds customer expectations. Advocate for technical excellence, overseeing the development of high-quality, reliable, and high-performing solutions. Uphold and enhance the quality of our software. You will oversee the integration of robust testing and quality assurance practices to deliver outstanding products to our users. Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, and/or a related proven related industry experience. 3 years in a leadership role managing software engineering teams.
