CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS WEEKDAY / WEEKNIGHT / WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE SUITABLE FOR BOTH JUNIORS AND/OR ADULTS WESTFIELD TUGGERAH LOCATION Mad Mex is on the lookout for energetic people with customer service experience to join the friendly team at our Westfield Tuggerah restaurant location. These roles are open to both JUNIORS and ADULTS looking for a fresh new opportunity with a great employer. Candidates with Hospitality / QSR / Retail experience will be viewed favourably. Full training in our systems and processes will be provided. About the role: You will deliver amazing, authentic and attentive customer service experiences. You will prepare delicious burritos, nachos and tacos with care and pride. You will help us keep our restaurant safe, clean and welcoming for our guests. You will support your teammates by acting with integrity, compassion and respect. To be considered for this role you will: possibly have experience in either hospitality, retail, or QSR operations; be excited about delivering awesome levels of customer service , restaurant presentation and food quality : possibly have experience with basic food handling; understand the basics of food safety and hygiene ; have at least a medium level of computer literacy ; have high energy and initiative levels; have a calm and friendly demeanour; be both reliable and flexible to work across a range of shift days and times.
