We are on the hunt for an Administration Assistant to join our client's growing team in Brooklyn Due to ongoing growth, our client now has opportunities for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our client's growing team in Brooklyn You will be responsible for providing administration support across the entire Victorian Industrials business whilst taking lead responsibility for the assigned site and or region. Who will you be working with? Ou client specialises in water and wastewater treatment solutions for industrial clients and municipal authorities. Duties of the role include: Facilitating the weekly collection, entry, and validation of payroll data. Working with the payroll team to ensure smooth and accurate payment processing. Streamlining the process of both customer and supplier invoices. Managing the entire invoice lifecycle from receipt to finalisation. You'll be comfortable working with various software programs, including Excel and SAP. Understand the SAP system configuration and verify data accuracy for reliable reporting. Create, monitor, and manage purchase orders to ensure compliance with regulations. Required Skill and Experience: Strong knowledge of SAP Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) Ability to interpret award and EBA’s for payroll purposes.
