Opportunity: This is an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Operations/Construction Manager to lead the team in delivering excellence in TMR and RMS projects across government, private, and resource sectors. Position Overview: As the Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff to achieve project objectives with excellence. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within the civil contracting industry, with a track record of successfully delivering TMR and RMS projects. Strong understanding of government regulations, industry standards, and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
