Opportunity: This is an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Operations/Construction Manager to lead the team in delivering excellence in TMR and RMS projects across government, private, and resource sectors. Position Overview: As the Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, fostering a culture of excellence, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff to achieve project objectives with excellence. Strategically plan and manage project resources to optimize outcomes. Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control measures to uphold industry standards and mitigate risks. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and industry partners to foster collaboration and secure new business opportunities. Analyse project performance metrics and financial data to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making and maintain competitive advantage. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within the civil contracting industry, with a track record of successfully delivering TMR and RMS projects. Strong understanding of government regulations, industry standards, and project management methodologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
