Recruitment Select is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Administration Assistant for our local and reputable manufacturing client. This role is flexible with working hours, at this stage over 3 days, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday but may increase due to growing business. You will be providing clerical and administrative support within the business and will need to be in an effective and efficient manner. To be successful in this role you will have a pleasant personality and be able complete all tasks to the highest quality standards. You will be professionally presented and enjoy being part of a team in a friendly environment. Key Responsibilities: Proficient in MS Office skills including Word and Excel Answer & screen all calls coming through reception. Take & ensure all messages are passed on in a timely manner. Customer service resolution. General filing, photocopying & collating. Data entry. Assisting other Administrators as required. Ability to work co-operatively with others. Effective written & communication skills. Personal Attributes: Be Honest & Trustworthy. Respectful. Flexible. Demonstrate Sound Work Ethics.
