Currently seeking a Disability Support Coordinator to join their busy team for a 12 month temporary assignment. About the role: As Disability Support Coordinator, you will analyze customer records using a range of policies, practice guidance and legislation to make funding decisions to help reduce their overspending. In addition, you will: Work with customers and providers via telephone communication, to identify current circumstances and spending patterns High quality record keeping, including competency with IT systems, adhering to process guidelines and SOPs Research and review decisions and manage moderately complex cases Completing administrative and data entry tasks Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets About you: The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a data analysis and/or budget management role within the Government, Disability, or Healthcare space Ability to manage multiple records or data at once Strong communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinking and problem solving skills High level organizational and time management skills Intermediate to advanced IT skills Benefits: Immediate start pending Federal Police Check 12 month Temporary Assignment Full time hours, Monday to Friday Townsville location $43.82 per hour super Please note the successful candidate for this role will hold Australian Citizenship and must be willing to complete a Federal Police Check At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
