Our Café and Functions Team strive to make a real and positive difference in the life of each person we serve. Our Shift Lead's are a key part of the Café and Functions team, supervising all aspects of the Front of House operations to provide a high standard of service to Café and Functions customers. We take pride in our Café’s and you will contribute as Shift Lead n the following ways; Providing a high standard of food and service to our customers by directing café and functions operations, guiding your team, taking customer orders, preparing food according to set specifications and customer requirements. Creating a professional team culture, role modelling our Anglicare values and engaging with staff to build effective team relationships. Your caring and capable leadership skills will support you to set expectations and recognise good work through encouragement and praise. Guiding your team to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, processing customer orders accurately and within the expectations for quality, cost and timeliness. Contributing to a hygienic work environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors and work areas at front and back of Café and ensuring that safety (WHS), cleanliness standards set by Anglicare are maintained.
