About the role Reporting to he Head of HR (ANZ), and committing to part time hours (24 hours per week), your responsibilities will include: Support Hiring Managers at every stage of the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract top talent to drive our company forward. Provide strategic guidance to leaders on performance management, feedback, and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Source and coordinate engaging training programs, empowering employees to reach their full potential and stay ahead in their roles. Lead initiatives to enhance their organisational pulse and culture, fostering an environment where every voice is heard and valued. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and uphold our commitment to best HR practices. Help streamline and improve their on-boarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and set up for success from day one. Take the lead on exciting HR projects that shape the future of our organisation, from enhancing employee engagement to optimising HR systems. You possess a deep understanding of Australian legislation related to HR matters and can confidently provide advice on employee issues such as performance management. Your ability to articulate ideas and engage others through your voice sets you apart. You can effectively communicate complex HR concepts in a clear and concise manner. Building strong relationships comes naturally to you. You thrive in collaborative environments and can quickly establish rapport with colleagues at all levels. You are adaptable and agile, able to navigate through various challenges and changes in the workplace with ease. You excel at solving complex problems, using your analytical skills and creativity to find innovative solutions to HR-related issues. You are passionate about building cultures and fostering employee engagement.
