As a company we are committed to our employees with a 'Recruitment to Retirement' ethos and a strong culture including succession planning and security with PT or FT options as you grow with us About you To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you will need to have demonstrated experience providing support to participants with high complex behavior and/or high medical and/or complex needs and have the following skills and attributes: Casual on-call staff required for emergency rostering. Shifts: 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm active and nights 10 to 6am. We are looking for flexible and availability within Logan and Ipswich areas. Minimum of 2 years industry experience. Experience within the industry (eg. working with disability, mental health, high medical needs, aged care, individual support, NDIS Management etc.) Clear and effective communication skills and ability to establish a professional relationship with participant and their families. Attention to detail and accuracy in the record management - Compliance and safety is our No.1 Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and MUST be available to work overnight shifts or attend training or meetings as required. Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Orientation, COVID Infection Control, NDIS Workers Screening, Working with Children Check, National Police Check are essential. We can provide other specialised training to meet gaps such as a quality Induction and Medication Administration and other Specialised training. Current Open Driver’s Licence ( mandatory ).
