Crystalbrook Vincent in Howard Smith Wharves is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Manager to invigorate the beverage operation in our two premium outlets. Our rooftop pool and bar Fiume and our laneway inspired Mews Restaurant are both glamorous, stylish and refined in personality and we are seeking a high energy curator of beverage experience. Reporting to our Food and Beverage Outlets Manager, you will be responsible for bar operations, driving new ideas and being the instrumental 'go to' expert for all things bar management. You will need to be able to perfectly prepare and craft creative beverages and innovative cocktails whilst driving best practice in presentation, commercial decision making and influential leadership.
