Dedicated to quality, technical skills, working with the Client for providing operational support and driving service improvements across Network, Security and Cloud related technologies, using exceptional communication skills to keep world class client infrastructure running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep domain knowledge, following ITIL best practices. Role Description As a Network Engineer specializing in routing, Data Center Interconnect (DCI), AWS Direct Connect, and encryption, you will be responsible for managing advanced network solutions that ensure seamless connectivity, secure data transfer, and optimized performance between on-premises environments and cloud resources, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to build resilient, high-performance network infrastructures. Key Responsibilities: Good technical knowledge on LAN, WAN, Data Center technologies, Cloud Networking, Virtualization and Network Security technologies, Network Encryption technologies. Proven skill on Network Operations & Service delivery. Technical Experience: Routing & Switching, Network security (Firewalls, Cisco ISE), Data center technologies, Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure), F5 Load Balancers, DDI (DNS/ DHCP / IPAM), Network Monitoring tool, ITSM tool. Education Qualification: bachelor's degree in engineering, (preferably Information Technology, Electronics &Telecommunication) Work Experience: 5 - 8 years of experience working on Enterprise Network Management, with at least 3 years on Managed Network Service role. Key Technology Skills - Role 2 - Network LAN/ WLAN Specialist Cisco Meraki LAN Aruba & Cisco Wireless Cisco LAN and Data Centre switching HP Switching DNS, DHCP and IPAM ( DDI) AWS Networking Key Technology Skills - Role 3 - Network Security Specialist Cisco Firepower Palo Alto Firewalls Cisco ISE F5 Load Balancers Key Technology Skills - Role 4 - Voice and Contact Centre Specialist Cisco Routing & Switching Genesys Pure Cloud Contact Center Good to have skills: Exposure on Automation - Having knowledge on Python/ Ansible Professional Attributes: Be a Team player with proven analytical skill and ability to manage operational workload (incident, change, problem). Manage priorities, deadlines, and work without supervision. Proven ability to work with the client to define requirements, develop solutions and implement those solutions on time.
