Our opportunity As Solution Engineer, Finance Platform you will contribute to making Mirvac’s finance platform accessible,reusable, secure and modern so that it better enables products and outcomes andensures the integrity of Mirvac’s financial systems and data. Your responsibilities are: Contribute to the deliveryof user stories through solution engineering focusing on reusability acrossproducts and outcomes Conducting analysis ofsolution requirements of both simple and complex work packages in accordancewith agreed standards Developing solutiondesigns, coding and testing for specific work packages in accordance withagreed standards Engineering solutions thatminimise technical debt and maximise release velocity. Contribute to promoting andmaintaining Mirvac’s coding and design standards Performance of technicaltasks, including unit test functions, to support internal quality controloutcomes in accordance with agreed standards Active participation inuser story refinement to sufficiently shape story outcomes and size Proactively voice blockersand barriers to progress or completion of user stories early Active participation insprint reviews to showcase what’s been achieved in the sprint Active participation in thesprint retrospective to enhance team velocity Collaboration with productteams, platform teams and business stakeholders Identify platformenhancements that will improve the user experience and enable a moreaccessible, stable, secure and supportable platform; Your point of difference To be successful you will have relevant tertiary level qualifications, property industry knowledge, with the ability to balance project and escalated support tasks. You will hold strongattention to detail relating to quality / robust nature of code and best developmentpractices as well as have moderate experience indigital/technology roles and Yardi Voyager. Finally, you will have theability to think strategically, have previous experience implementing newfinance applications and hold exceptional communication and interpersonalskills.
