Overview Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a lead facilities engineer to work on site at a large and complex data centre facility in Melbourne. In this role, you will be working on site at a large, purpose built data centre facility, leading a team of site technicians who are responsible for the maintenance of a complex, 24/7 critical environment. Your core responsibilities will be to lead the team and help to develop and implement policies and procedures including MOP's, SOP's and workflow statements. Furthermore, you will aide in the management and co-ordination of maintenance programs. Key Requirements Degree qualified or equivalent trade in Mechanical Engineering In-depth knowledge of industrial size systems - ie cooling towers, plant chillers etc Data Centre experience highly preferred but will consider experience in other highly critical environments Prior supervisory experience of specialist HVAC technicians Ability to lead with strong communication skills Customer focus Reporting skills and ability to use various IT packages / systems Strong understanding of compliance If you feel that you meet the above criteria, then please submit your application for immediate consideration.
