We have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Team Lead – Hardware Engineering based in our Bendigo site or our Melbourne WTC office. You will be responsible for managing a small team of engineers who are working on a subset of hardware engineering activities and specific speciality tools, processes and methods to ensure the successful development of a hardware solution or product. Proven experience in a senior engineering or team lead role with experience in performing a subset of all the hardware engineering activities applicable to specific engineering speciality. Ability to analyse and define the specific needs whatever the used means (e.g. advanced studies, simulations, mock-ups, models, prototypes and much more). Formalise the specification and the architectural design to develop the hardware solution or product and identifying critical development problems and assisting in their resolution and documenting the reports of technical findings. You are a true team-player and love to work within a multidisciplinary environment You are clear about the organisation goals and the strategies you are working for, demonstrating an actual customer-oriented mindset.
