About the role Our Asset Management team are a high performing and innovation focused team of Maintenance, Reliability and Integrity professionals. We work closely with our clients providing project and operational support across the Mining and Energy Sectors and the many asset types therein. As a Senior Asset Management Engineer , you will support and also lead elements of asset management projects. You will work with existing national clients on asset management and maintenance projects and be supported to identify new opportunities and continue our success in generating innovative, fit for purpose and cost-effective solutions for our customers. Within this role, you will: Work directly with customers day-to-day, driving project deliverables and identifying new projects. Manage project stakeholders to ensure project scope needs and expectations are fully satisfied. Support and deliver asset management activities including, maintenance strategy review, critical spares assessments, CMMS master data improvements, work instruction and procedure development, criticality assessment and SCE identification and more Identify new / additional opportunities of improvement within assigned work to grow the asset management team capability Take a key role in reviewing, implementing and improving current asset management systems and processes. The Person You will ideally have a background in hydrocarbons, manufacturing or mining environments with a proven capability to deliver to project timelines as well as: A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Extensive experience preferably in maintenance and/or operations, and AM consulting teams, Experience developing and managing CMMS and/or Integrity systems and databases (i.e. Oracle, Maximo, SAP, JDE, MEX). Confidence with Root Cause Analysis, FMECA/FMEA and Equipment hierarchy development, facilitating workshops to address any identified reliability issues. The energy and passion to challenge themselves, innovate and step outside their "comfort zone". A high competence and passion to use data to drive projects and reporting. Demonstrated initiative to identify and extend service opportunities with existing customers. A willingness to travel and undertake site work as required. While not required immediate for the role, specialised reliability/maintenance engineering certifications are desirable and should already be a goal.
