About the position Step into the role of Lead Systems Engineer and champion innovative transformations in data centre and cloud services. From protecting our system and data ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability to safeguarding on-premise and remote users by maintaining security controls, this position offers a platform to drive impactful technological advancements and redefine infrastructure delivery. Permanent, Full Time Position based at our Coolbinia Head Office. In this role, you will: Drive service excellence by optimising infrastructure performance and security, overseeing hardware, software, cloud, and onsite services, along with data centre operations Manage databases, networks, and telecommunication services Implement backups and enhance security with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Single Sign-on systems Shape the Managed Operating Environment (MOE) Develop insightful management reports, monitor system requirements continuously, and assist in maintaining IT systems documentation and internal Service Desk procedures Coordinate the Support Team tasks, provide coaching and mentoring, and participate in ICT projects and other required duties.
