About Us Construction is now well underway for our new Moorebank NDC (MoNDC). Located in Moorebank NSW, MoNDC is the latest distribution centre being added to the Primary Connect Network. The 44,900 sqm facility - equivalent to almost three times the size of the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). This will strengthen Primary Connect's national supply chain and service more than 1,000 Woolworths Supermarkets across Australia with more than 12,000 product lines. What you'll do Integral role ensuring the high performance and avialbility of the automation equipment, ensuring the minimisation of unplanned downtime via an efficient and effective preventative maintenance program. Provide guidance on Industry Best Practise to residential service team on all areas of Reliability Engineering Be a SME to the Operations Team in supporting equipment performance and reliability Collaborate with automation equipment suppliers, residential servcies teams and operation planning team Plan and coordinate any downtimes to ensure little or no impact to store servcie levels Manage and develop the skills and experien ceof the trades assistant working with you What you'll bring Relevant Reliability Management qualifications and 5 years exp in relaibility management Experience with continuous improvement background in manufacturing, distribution or FMCG.
