Peoplebank are looking to recruit a Senior IT Support Engineer (Level 2-3) for an initial 3 month contract (likely to extend) based in the Adelaide . Indeed, our client is based in the Adelaide CBD, and you must be willing and able to work in their offices on-site, supporting their mid-sized user base. Reporting to the IT Team Leader, and alongside a small, but dedicated IT team, you will be responsible for the providing a high-quality IT support to all internal IT users across our clients business. This will include the full range of IT support from helpdesk, to more complex Level 2-3 Desktop Support, as well as helping on ad-hoc projects. S kills and experience required: Microsoft Windows Server (2012 - 2019) ITSM Incident/Request/Change management Logging tickets General hardware support Printers Screens Docking stations Network patching Microsoft Azure MFA Identity management (password resets) Microsoft 365 Endpoint Application support M365 Admin Console Experience Teams Support Apple iOS/Android mobility Intune Deploying endpoints using Autopilot Other attributes High level technical and troubleshooting skills An excellent communicator, with a strong Customer Service ethos.
