In your new role, you will build strong relationships with customers as they progress through the sales process, offering unparalleled service to assist in their vehicle purchase. You’ll make an impact by:Initiating and maintaining strong and valuable relationships with customersDetermining customer requirements and advising on suitable vehicle modelsShowing vehicles and arranging test drives with customersTaking sale orders and preparing the contract of sale and any other relevant paperworkMaintaining a high level of product and industry knowledge What you’ll bringA proven track record in selling used vehicles with previous experience essential.Strong customer service experienceStrong communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal.Current Drivers LicenceA genuine love for people and the sales processCurrent National Police CheckAn outstanding communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture positive, long-term relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.A proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
