What we have on offer: Due to exciting business growth, we have a newly created role for a Customer Service Sales Coordinator to support our Customer First philosophy. This role is critical within our broader Customer Service Excellence Team and will be based in Cairns QLD.Whilst you will be focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market, this role will see you responding to sales queries, quoting customers, liaising with other locations and departments to source products and counter sales requirements to meet internal and external customer. What your new role entails:Managing sales enquiries within our branch face to face, over the phone and via emailBuild engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders during every interactionProcess customer orders, quoting, filing and manage the end-to-end customer interactionProviding product-based information and cross-selling products where requiredProblem Solving customer requestsYou will be well supported with a team of technical and sales experts.What you will bring with you: Customer service and sales experienceExcellent oral and written communicationConfidence and experience with Microsoft Office products - Excel and Word are essentialStrong time management skills with attention to detailAbility to multi-task as necessary during busier periodsExperience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is preferred but not essential – we will provide trainingMotivation to learn and progress into other roles within our businessAbility and willingness to work in a small team environmentOur culture and benefits:A career with Bullivants will offer you rewarding experiences and opportunities for growth and development.
