About the Opportunity Campbelltown Hospital are looking to recruit an Administration Officer (Level 2) to complement and enhance the Perioperative Services Department. The preferred candidate will be required to work in a team environment and have the ability to provide excellent customer service skills to ensure patients of the facility are provided with optimal service to enhance their journey and experience. Display a professional manner and high level of customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and organize work activities to achieve work outcomes. Demonstrated experience and ability to deliver efficient, effective and friendly customer service. Demonstrated experience in successfully working independently and as a member of a team, demonstrating initiative, adaptability and flexibility. Demonstrated computer literacy in MS Office and knowledge of Cerner (Powerchart and Surginet) and ability to learn new systems. Completion of medical terminology certificate. Recent experience working in a similar role and/or hospital experience.
