How to Apply To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible. Demonstrated expertise and knowledge associated with auditing and tools required to complete a variety of audits within a healthcare facility. Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of staff training and assessment programs Demonstrated experience with mentoring staff to achieve improved service levels. Demonstrated knowledge of current industry standards relating to General Services. Sound communication skills including the ability to communicate with a broad range of people and sound written skills including report writing. Certificate IV in workplace Training & Assessment and/or extensive experience coaching, training and mentoring staff to support professional development and achieve quality outcomes. Sound computer skills in the use of Windows products, including but not limited to Word and Excel Previous experience or the knowledge and understanding of Incident Injury Management System, StaffLink and My Health Learning.
