Why Your Role Matters: Join our team We're looking for an Administrative Support Officer to join the Estate Security & Safety (ESS) team at UNSW Canberra. Your role will involve supporting all areas of the university to maintain and enhance our facilities, ensuring a positive experience for staff and students while meeting health, safety, and security requirements. Apply now to make a difference in our thriving community Responsibilities: As a member of the ESS team, the Administrative Support Officer will contribute to: Deliver customer services including enquiries management, initiate appropriate action, and/or refer as appropriate for internal and external client groups. Provide administrative support across all ESS and general services. Arrange, support, promote and participate in meetings, inspections, projects and events and contribute to faculty team initiatives and assist colleagues. Participate in relevant projects and business improvement activities to streamline processes and facilitate administrative efficiency. Who You Are: Our ideal candidate will have: An equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or Experience Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal). Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email with the ability to learn and contribute to learning new systems and procedures.
