Where you'll be working Royal North Shore Community Health Centre   What you'll be doing Provide day to day administrative support to the services under the leadership of the Prevention and Response to Violence Abuse and Neglect (PARVAN) Administration team Leader to ensure efficient and effective reception and service delivery.  Assist members of the multidisciplinary team in planning and implementation of clerical systems and administrative processes. Assist the Director and Managers with tasks to support the service delivery of the unit/department.  A key feature of this position is the interface with and support of service delivery to clients and NSLHD Health workers contacting the service. This position has frontline, first point of contact responsibility for the PARVAN Service   People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Aptitude for and demonstrated experience working in a customer service environment, including skill in dealing with distressed, traumatised and demanding client situations. Demonstrated capacity to self-manage and perform within a multi-disciplinary team and ability to be flexible in duties. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including understanding of the requirements for maintaining and safeguarding confidentiality and privacy of client information in a health care setting.
