THE ROLE As one of our Administration, Verification & Compliance Officers, reporting to our National Contact Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing administration, inbound customer verification and compliance for our clients; including 2degrees, Energy Locals & iO Energy. Your duties including handling inbound calls, data entry using software, Microsoft excel & CRM s, searching for critical electricity meter information for our field sales team employees, delivering Ts & Cs verification calls, & widely varied office administration tasks.
