KU is excited to have recently opened KU Monash Children’s Centre and Kindergarten in Frankston - located at the Monash Peninsula campus. It has staff parking onsite and is close to transport hubs. The service has a passionate team that have an emphasis on building relationships and an inclusive environment where children belong, play, discover, and learn. This service will provide care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old, opening Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm, 50 weeks of the year. We are looking for an organised administrator to provide a range of administrative duties vital to the efficient operations of the service. In particular, you will be managing enrolments, family accounts and the centre’s waiting list using the software XAP, some general accounting tasks, responding to email and phone queries’ and assisting the Director with a range of tasks including filing and record keeping, as well as being the friendly point of contact for families’. This is a permanent, part time position working 6 hours per week, the day of work is negotiable with the successful candidate.
