Support a Group wide ESG & GRC implementation initiative. We are seeking a skilled ESG Systems Administrator to take on a pivotal role in our organization, providing technical expertise and guidance for the seamless implementation, upkeep, and advancement of the group's ESG system and reporting dashboards. As a key contributor, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the technical facets of the system, overseeing change processes, fostering collaboration across diverse teams, and guaranteeing adherence to both regulatory standards and internal policies. As the ESG platform evolves and attains maturity, there will be opportunities for expanding the portfolio. Your role offer a great opportunity to enjoy working in a dynamic multi-faceted role, which encompasses technical systems administration (implementation and maintenance) tasks of the ESG platform and tooling, change management, stakeholder collaboration and requirements gathering efforts, risk management and compliance aspects, and providing overall system guidance for the ESG solution. From a technical perspective, it will be a solid added advantage if you come with experience using tools such as Power BI for reporting, along with ESG system exposure to a product called “Sphera” which will enhance your success in this multi-faceted role. Skills required: Commercial experience working as a systems analyst or systems administrator. Experience working with an ESG Platform, ideally Sphera but we will also consider experience with Enablon, Datamaran, MSCI ESG, CSRware, Goby or anything similar. Experience working with PowerBi. Experience working on Data Governance using Alation or anything similar. Experience using Project management tools like Monday.com or anything similar. Experience/exposure to governance, risk and compliance. Outstanding communication skills. Point it out if you have worked in large scale organisations, it is a definite bonus. Any GRC/ESG certification will be a bonus.
