We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Systems Administrator/Pre Sales Engineer with experience delivering projects and supporting a sales team across the IT sector specifically around hardware reselling at enterprise and government level. The Systems Administrator / Pre-Sales position will play a crucial role in developing and delivering technical solutions, conducting pre-sales activities, and ensuring the successful deployment of your products and services. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your technical expertise with your passion for sales and technology. Key Responsibilities: Develop technical solutions and organise, plan, create, and deliver compelling proof of concept demonstrations. Plan and conduct training sessions for team. Ensure proposed solutions align with best practices and meet clients' requirements. Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the sales bid process. Work alongside the sales team to ensure the successful closure of sales deals. Liaise with your virtual teams to gather feedback from clients and contribute to internal strategy. Build and maintain relationships with your virtual team including internal teams, end-users, and vendors to introduce them to new solutions. Demonstrate flexibility, methodical thinking, and the ability to multitask effectively. Contribute to business growth by generating new leads and exploring creative avenues for business expansion. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in engineering, information systems, or similar preferred. Industry Experience and Experience in a similar role (Systems Administrator / Pre-Sales Engineer) Strong knowledge of IT Network Infrastructure and Management.
