As a snacking powerhouse, we are looking for a highly motivated, results driven individual with an ability to effectively manage and support the day-to-day operations of our Field Sales team in Western Australia. This is an exciting, fast paced and dynamic role that will allow you to work with brands such as Cadbury Responsible for supporting the State Manager and the WA Field Sales team, this role primarily provides administrative support. Occasionally, you will also perform retail display support duties within our supermarket customers in the Metropolitan Perth area. This is a permanent part time position, working 30 hours per week, based in our sales office in Belmont. Work hours are from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Mondays to Fridays. When performing retail support work, you will use your own vehicle and kilometer allowance will be paid accordingly. Thus, you must also have access to your own vehicle covered by car insurance, as well as a valid driver’s license. How your day to day will look like: Act as key administration support for the sales team – performing tasks such as ordering supplies and stationery, motor vehicle fleet management, ordering uniform for the Sales team, and managing mail and deliveries Coordinate conferences and meetings, including but not limited to sourcing the venue, setting up logistics, organising catering and preparing invitations Planning events, including but not limited to our annual Christmas party and Awards Night Prepare special reports, which may include complex correspondence and presentations for business reviews Welcoming our new hires through conducting onboarding and induction activities, and preparing their work tools Provide effective, timely and up to date information to key stakeholders Create interest and excitement for shoppers through building impactful displays and ensuring our products are presented at their best within supermarkets, occasionally and as required (approximately 30% of the time) Who we are looking for: If you are early in your career and looking to get your foot in the door in one of the biggest snacking companies, we highly encourage you to apply This role will provide you with a strong understanding and opportunity to learn about Field Sales Operations.
